Lovingly restored to its former glory, The New Court Hotel offers the best in traditional hospitality and modern comfort. Stay in the newly refurbished en-suite guest rooms and you're sure to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day brings, be it a business meeting or a family day out. Upon your return, take a seat in the restaurant and round off your day in style with some satisfying fare.

Of course, you don't need to be staying at The New Court Hotel to enjoy its outstanding offering - in fact, it is a dining destination in itself, frequented by loyal regulars who keep coming back for the outstanding cuisine, top-notch drinks selection and cordial ambience. The menu is carefully crafted by chefs Jason De St Croix and Geraint Williams, led by head chef Rickie Ash, who use only the finest local ingredients to create classic dishes with a twist.

Pop by for a freshly brewed coffee, or enjoy a wholesome lunch of honeyglazed, slow-cooked ham with a fried egg and hand-cut chips. Those visiting in the evening will be treated to starters such as Carmarthenshire Bay mussels steamed in Gwynt Y Ddraig Welsh cider with bacon, leeks, double cream and parsley, and mains like pan-roasted corn-fed chicken breast with wild mushroom velouté, sautéed potatoes, crispy kale and Parma ham crisps. The New Court is Cask Marque-accredited so has a great selection of well-kept ales and ciders - and even hosts a legendary real ale and cider festival every year
