ffresh Bar and Restaurant
Pubs and Bars with Restaurants
Head chef Marc Corfield has over six years of experience in the kitchen at one of Wales' most celebrated Michelin starred restaurants, The Walnut Tree. In consultation with culinary legend Shaun Hill, Marc and his team have developed menus at ffresh that ensure Welsh ingredients take centre stage.
Set menus start at £16.50 for a two-course lunch and include dishes such as Pembrokeshire crab salad and red pepper mousse, duck leg hash with mustard mayonnaise, and fillet of sewin with a citrus couscous crust. Other delights include rump of lamb and borlotti beans, and superb desserts like chocolate marquise with Merlyn cream and roasted apricots with Welsh cake ice cream. For something more relaxed, ffresh Bar serves handmade pizzas, charcuterie boards and light snacks including Welsh rarebit with bacon and laverbread. Drinks include beer from acclaimed Welsh brewers Celt and Tomos Watkin, wine from award-winning Monmouthshire vineyard Ancre Hill Estates and a selection of seasonal cocktails. ffresh Bar also boasts an outside terrace for soaking up the Bay's sunshine.
If you're visiting the Centre for a performance, the ffresh team will have you fed and in your seats in good time for curtain-up. Alternatively, if you're looking for a more leisurely night out, ffresh is the ideal location to spend an evening. For a taste of the finest seasonal produce Wales has to offer, a visit to ffresh Bar & Restaurant is essential.
