Seeds For The Soul
Seeds For The Soul uses 100-per-cent animal-free produce, and their mantra is to only serve good, honest vegan food. What makes Seeds For The Soul so unique is that the food served is beautiful and tasty as well as nutritious and the majority is organic. The plant-based menu boasts dishes like the toastini filled with cheese, seitan, jalapenos, red onion, peppers and liquid smoke, and the picturesque soul bowl salad tofu, soba noodles, avocado, carrot, rocket, coriander and sesame seeds with ginger and garlic soya dressing. The menu changes regularly to make the most of seasonal ingredients and almost everything that comes out of the kitchen has been cooked from scratch.
If you’re not stopping by for food, the local organic triple-certifi ed coffee is very popular. Regulars will also recommend the Mayan chilli hot chocolate, with agave and vanilla syrup, Himalayan salt and a dusting of cinnamon. Perhaps pop in for one of their popular vegan homemade cakes free from preservatives and refi ned sugar. Gluten-free, vegan and organic beers, wine and ciders are on offer - allowing everyone to enjoy their favourite tipple. Seeds For The Soul has vowed to reduce pollution and all of their takeaway boxes, bags, cups, napkins and cutlery are fully recyclable. Owners Roberta and Thomas ensure that all waste is composted or recycled. Whether you’re a seasoned vegan or you’ve never tried veganism before, head to Seeds For The Soul to enjoy satisfying and ethical food.
