The Rabbit Hole is a beautiful restaurant serving exceptional modern European cuisine. The seasonal menu is inspired by owners Antonello and Mo’s love of French food, and their upbringings in Sicily and rural Canada respectively. Everything that leaves the kitchen is freshly prepared from scratch, using fantastic locally sourced produce. You might start with the likes of sumptuous potted rabbit, followed by succulent swordfish steak with Sicilian caponata. To finish, try the refreshing lemon posset paired with fresh strawberries. Working with small-scale independent Edinburgh wine merchants, they’ve crafted a varied and affordable wine list with an offering to suit every palate. At lunchtime, the set menu represents fantastic value for money, with two courses available for £12 and three courses priced at £15.
