Step into this atmospheric bar and grill and prepare for a treat. The menus feature a selection of Cajun favourites with a good range of vegetarian options, and some delightful surprises. We started with the delicious peppered haggis bon bons served with beautifully fresh salsa and hot chilli dip, and comforting butternut squash, coconut and chilli soup. Our main courses were equally excellent, all made in-house from scratch. We sampled a perfectly spiced helping of Southern fried chicken served with more of the tasty fresh salsa and proper fries, and a beautifully presented vegetable tostada, which barely left enough room for desserts of sumptuous carrot cake, and waffles with caramelised banana. Service was quick and friendly, and on a sunny evening the modern beer garden is the perfect place to try out a new cocktail or two. Don’t forget to check out their regular special events.
