The White Swan aims to meet customers’ demands for sustainable food, and has created a menu that showcases fresh seafood and locally reared meat. Tempting starters include the likes of glazed fig with beetroot and hazelnut salad – a wonderfully fresh and healthy start to your meal. Follow this with delicious seafood linguine packed with a variety of fresh fish and cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. The Yorkshire gammon main is an equally popular choice and is topped with a fried egg and grilled tomato, paired with crispy onion rings and skinny fries.
