These fine local ingredients are sourced as close to home as possible; Steve, Selby's greengrocer, provides the restaurant with fresh fruit and vegetables, while all their meat is sourced from Hunter's of Selby, a quality Yorkshire butchers with over 100 years of experience in the trade.
