There’s a full café menu available downstairs from 9am Monday to Friday, which features favourites such as poached eggs on toast with the added twist of roasted cocoa – a great way to kick-start your day. When you venture over to the School of Chocolate, you’ll ﬁnd their resident chocolatier preparing treats available to purchase as gifts or to tempt you into a mid-afternoon snack. The enticing cocktail menu includes the highly recommended salted caramel soother: a fantastic blend of aged rum, amaretto, cocoa bitters, coconut milk and salted caramel chocolate.
Upstairs you’ll ﬁnd a full range of Saint Lucian-inspired dishes. The burger with cocoa-beer-braised onions is a must if you haven’t tried it before – you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the different flavours that come through in the cocoa. Hopefully you’ll leave enough room for one of the delectable desserts, as they’re well worth the wait
