Caviars offers a chic and sophisticated dining experience, and serves modern British cuisine at great value for money. Situated in the market town of Bawtry on the borders of Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, this inviting establishment prides itself on its calm and refined service.

The restaurant has a romantic mezzanine that overlooks the main restaurant, and an open-plan kitchen where diners can see their dishes being prepared. The restaurant’s size means private parties can be catered for, with bespoke menus created for up to 40 covers.

The passionate head chef, Billy Frost, has brought his high standards and creative cooking to Caviars. The restaurant prides itself on making all dishes on the premises, and the à la carte menu boasts carefully crafted options and weekly changing lunch specials. All dishes are created using classic recipes, adapted to incorporate modern and sometimes international twists. Sunday lunches are also available and at Caviars it’s an impressive three-course affair, complete with freshly ground coffee and homemade petits fours to finish. Meanwhile, behind the bar is a selection of exclusive wine, all sourced from sustainable vineyards, as well as a choice of bottled beer, spirits and cocktails.
