Adjacent to the main hotel, overlooking the lake, The Lodge Restaurant's contemporary and stylish interior perfectly complements its magical setting. Drawing inspiration from across the globe, head chef Luciano's style is an exciting blend of classic dishes from around the world with a modern twist 'the result is a menu to appeal to all tastes. The current summer collection features the inspired starter platoon of pan-fried scallops, red mullet and crayfish. Moving onto roast rack of local Lighthorne lamb served with pea and apricot mash, pan-fried quail egg accompanied by home-grown redcurrant jus, and you will experience a delicious explosion of perfectly balanced flavours. A good choice of vegetarian and children's options are available and there are plenty of delectable desserts and local cheeses to round off your meal in style.
