Come rain or shine, a warm welcome always awaits at Wildmoor Oak. In summer, enjoy the sunny beer garden and al fresco patio while listening to the trickling stream that runs alongside this award-winning pub and restaurant. Charles II allegedly followed this very stream to escape the Roundheads after the disastrous
Battle of Worcester in 1651.
In the winter, head inside the cosy, rustic building and warm up by the glowing fire. Offering all the comforts of a proper traditional pub and more, guests will be won over before they’ve even clocked the real ale, delicious freshly cooked food and fantastic wine from around the world.
Order a pint, glass of wine, cocktail or gin and tonic at the bar before pulling up a pew and tucking into some home-cooked fare. Head chef Lorenzo Richards brings his passion for diverse cooking to the kitchen and whips up a variety of international cuisine, authentic Caribbean specialities and traditional British fare. Choose from burgers, pub classics such as salmon supreme and steak, and Caribbean classics like West Indian chicken, rice and peas, and curried goat. Lorenzo plays an active part in the wider Warwickshire and Birmingham culinary scene, and has been instrumental in the planning and execution of the Culture Cooking Expo taking place at the Quantum Exhibition Centre in 2018; he has even made an appearance on the BBC’s Two Hairy Bikers’ Chicken & Egg and Saturday Kitchen.
