A multi-award winning and internationally acclaimed Indian bar and restaurant, Asha’s Birmingham offers a dining experience like no other. Featured on the Mail Online as one of just eight ‘restaurants the A-list just can’t get enough of’, it’s easy to understand why Asha’s has been so popular for so long. Located on Newhall Street in Birmingham’s financial district, just five minutes’ walk from the busy city centre shopping area, the restaurant is part of an exclusive international group of restaurants created and inspired by Bollywood legend Asha Bhosle. Asha’s stylish surroundings provide a gorgeous backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. With an extensive list of signature cocktails and an à la carte menu full of wonderful dishes, this restaurant has won both critical acclaim and an ever-growing fan base of loyal customers over the past nine years.
Asha’s is also very popular as a lunchtime destination. The full à la carte menu is available, as well as an executive lunch menu – a mini platter followed by a main course and sides, plus a drink. Alternatively, if you’re particularly short on time, the Curry in a Hurry menu means that your dish will be on the table within ten minutes of being ordered. If you are looking to impress or you simply want to spoil yourself, the star of the show is undoubtedly the President’s Platter – a unique royal treat with prawns and lobster, which has been served to presidents of various countries.
At certain times of the year, Asha’s also offers special limited edition menus. The most recent was for the hugely successful Coastal Festival. It ran for 12 weeks and featured dishes uniquely inspired by the coastal regions of Mother India. Boasting a large dining area complete with several private booths, a comfortable bar lounge, three meeting rooms and an exclusive glass-fronted private dining room for up to 40 guests, Asha’s is perfect for any occasion. You can even hire complete sections of the venue for those special parties that need a touch of class and style. Advanced reservation for evenings is advisable, especially for weekends and key dates.
