Loders, Bridport, DT6 3SA
This 17th-Century pub is located in the beautiful west Dorset village of Loders, just a short drive from Bridport and the famous Jurassic Coast. Open every day, The Loders Arms offers quality home-prepared meals using as much locally sourced produce as possible.

The Loders Arms was taken over in May 2009 by Mike and Julie Webb, long-time residents of the area who, together with their team of staff, go out of their way to offer a warm welcome. From the outside The Loders Arms bears the timeless image of a country pub, and is particularly striking in the summer months when its old stone walls are almost completely covered in bright green Virginia creeper. On the inside, the neat and thoughtful decor speaks of the pride the owners take in their establishment. The Loders is both child and dog friendly, with a patio and quiet garden area giving lovely views of Boarsbarrow Hill and the surrounding countryside. During the cold days and nights a log fire keeps patrons nice and warm. The menu includes a range of fresh fish, seafood and vegetarian options and the Loders has become well known for its traditional Sunday roast lunches with a choice of meats and five fresh vegetables. The pub's dining room can cater for private parties of up to 24 people and there is also a skittles alley which is available for hire. If you're just calling in for a drink, then there is a good range of beer from local brewery Palmers, and an extensive wine list.
