Pattard Kitchen is an enchanting venue situated in Hartland, a few miles from Lundy Island. A former milking shed has been transformed into this luxurious dining room with minimalist Scandinavian decor. There’s only one sitting per evening, during which guests can sample a two- or three-course set menu. You’ll be treated to a complimentary amuse-bouche between each course, finishing with delectable petits fours. The dynamic menu changes frequently to make the best possible use of produce reared, grown and foraged on Pattard Farm. To start, enjoy the likes of smoked eel with aerated white chocolate, apple and truffle oil, perhaps followed by Cornish hake with orange polenta, fennel and soy foam. Next, indulge in a chocolate sphere with tonka bean jelly, vanilla Chantilly cream, chocolate soil and salted caramel sauce.
