Tucked away down a backstreet of Bideford, the White Hart Inn is a delightfully old-fashioned pub where you and your dog can be sure of a friendly welcome. The cosy interior boasts stone and whitewashed walls, a beamed ceiling, and a roaring open fire in winter. For warmer weather there’s an outdoor patio area at the back and a large beer garden. The well-stocked bar offers a good range of ale, lager, cider and wine by the glass. Accompany your pint or other tipple with one of the White Hart’s traditional bar snacks. Choose from a burger, basket of chips, onion rings, cod bites or chicken nuggets, a salad or ploughman’s. Karaoke is provided every other Saturday as well as the occasional live band. The White Hart’s proximity to Clovelly and Westward Ho! makes it a popular haunt for holidaymakers.
