Contemporary restaurant dickandwills is one of those rare places that has it all. Not only does this quality brasserie offer stunning panoramic views of the Salcombe Estuary, it also serves a mouth-watering selection of seafood, allowing diners to tuck into some deep-sea delicacies while they enjoy the spectacular scenery.

Head chef Tom Bunn and his team are passionate about West Country produce, and everything from the seafood to the tender meat is sourced from local suppliers. They also work with a local merchant to compile an extensive list of quality, wellpriced wines.

The imaginative menus, which change daily depending on the ingredients available, have a Mediterranean feel with added Asian, North African and Thai influences. Although seafood features prominently, meat-eaters and vegetarians are equally well catered for with dishes such as the hearty gourmet Devonshire fillet steak burger and beetroot carpaccio. Signature dishes include delicately cooked pan-seared line-caught sea bass; juicy king prawns and squid from Devon day boats in a delicious tempura batter; and lobster Thermidor with chips - all of which are even better when enjoyed alfresco on the brasserie's stunning deck.
