Pubs and Bars with Restaurants
Connoisseurs of vodka and crafters of superb cocktails, Revolution's reputation precedes it. You'll find a team of expert mixologists, shaking and stirring behind the bar within Bristol's historic, Old Fish market building, just around the corner from St Nic's market. Bring the party or pop in for a cosy meal; there's something to suit all tastes. Whether your cocktail is served in a tin, a jam jar or in a beautifully elegant martini glass, every carefully mixed cocktail has a Revolution twist, and there are plenty of ciders, ales and wines to sample too. It's not all about the drinks, this is somewhere to bring a healthy appetite and indulge as if no one is watching. With food for sharing, piled high plates all to yourself, and light bites on offer, a trip to Revolution is not complete without sampling the fare. Every burger lover needs to get their chops around the Bourbon Bad Boy: a stacked double beef burger basted in bourbon chipotle sauce, dressed with bacon, American cheese, vine tomatoes, a nice handful of onion rings and a mug of Cajun-dusted skin-on fries. Team this with a bottle of beer and you're in chill-out heaven. That's just the tip of the iceberg - the menu groans with the likes of barbecue pulled pork burritos, stone-baked pizzas to smother with your favourite toppings, hotdogs, wraps and steaks. Dessert? Well, I'm just going to mention 'Chocolate Fluffwich' and let you discover it for yourself.
