Loch Fyne - Bristol
Bristol’s attractive Harbourside area is home to Loch Fyne, a seafood restaurant known for excellence in both service and food. The restaurant can be found in the historic Old Granary, an imposing but beautiful listed building just metres from the waterfront. The interior boasts elegant design with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The menu’s emphasis is on seafood and relies on fresh produce that has been responsibly and sustainably fished or farmed. Fresh seafood is delivered every day with shellfish coming in straight from the loch. The menu changes seasonally so diners know that the best possible ingredients are used. Loch Fyne offers a set menu from just £10.95 for two courses and £12.95 for three until 6pm every day – given that the Bristol Old Vic theatre and Bristol Hippodrome are just a few minutes away, this menu is ideal for a pre-show meal. The evening set menu is available from 6pm daily, and includes starters such as squid tempura with chilli jam and duck and chicken liver parfait with orange and thyme jelly, watercress and toasted granary bread. For the main course, you might like to try succulent Scottish rope-grown mussels with French fries and crusty white bread. It’s not all seafood though, as you can also select an excellent Aberdeen Angus chargrilled burger. Desserts include classic crème brûlée and luxurious chocolate and raspberry delice, so there’s something to suit every taste.
