Burgers, dogs and beers – it’s what HUBBOX do best. Think award-winning handmade burgers made from traditionally farmed South West beef, proper smoked pork and beef hotdogs, paired with a considered range of the finest craft beers. The first HUBBOX restaurant, situated in Truro, started life as a pop-up restaurant in a shipping container – an offshoot of the prized original flagship restaurant Hub – that overlooks the world-famous St Ives harbour in Cornwall. Since originating in Cornwall, HUBBOX has grown, with venues now in Exeter, Plymouth and Bristol, and they are set to become the coolest and most dynamic restaurants in the South West. HUBBOX serves a mouth-watering array of American-inspired street food, such as free-range 21-dayaged beefburgers, pulled pork, beef brisket, hand-cut fries, nachos and macaroni cheese. Depending on your appetite and budget, a burger, side and drink can cost as little as £13. HUBBOX offer a walk-in service as tables snap up quickly, but they do take reservations for parties of up to eight or more from Sunday to Thursday. If you fancy the food in the comfort of your own home, pop in to collect your meal, or order it through Deliveroo.
