7 Watersmeet Road, Lynmouth, EX35 6EP

7theBistro brings a classic and sophisticated evening dining experience to Lynmouth, near the breathtaking coast of Exmoor National Park. Adrian and Maria Hobbs have lovingly refurbished the bistro, with the aim of providing delicious food, fine wine and a place where customers can relax and enjoy themselves. Booking is highly recommended due to the venue’s popularity. However, service isn’t rushed – diners are invited to sit back, safe in the knowledge that the table is theirs for the evening.

The menu is an eclectic mix of seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes, with starters such as chicken liver pâté with Devon chutney and mushroom tartlets with blue cheese to whet your appetite. Enjoy a gorgeous main course of beef stroganoff, or a medley of fresh seafood in creamy white wine sauce, served in a lemon crêpe – either way you’re in for a treat.

The dessert menu is sure to put a smile on your face thanks to delights such as warm chocolate brownie with clotted cream, but if you still have room the cheeseboard is incredibly hard to resist. A selection of West Country cheeses, such as Somerset Brie, Devon Blue and Cornish Yarg, is complemented beautifully by Port and redcurrant coulis.

With a warm and cosy interior, friendly staff and an intimate atmosphere, 7theBistro provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy an evening meal or a special occasion with friends and family.
