Located in the grounds of Exeter College, @thirty-four is a gastronomic delight run by budding young chefs and their award-winning mentors. Students are occasionally joined by celebrity chefs for Guest Chef Nights, and also host themed lunches and evening fine dining. The brasserie lunch menu of up to three courses and the evening menu of up to seven courses feature ingredients from the South West. Evening dishes may include a crab and apple bonbon amuse-bouche, home-cured salmon and beetroot gel as a starter, and Creedy Carver chicken ravioli and thyme roast breast as a main. Chocolate tart with coconut sorbet and salted honeycomb, followed by coffee and petits fours, rounds off this amazingly affordable way to experience the culinary talent of the future.
