Cold starters range from smoked duck salad with blood orange and ginger dressing to a trio of sushi with wasabi cream, hot starters include chargrilled Cajun chicken and lemon sole fillet, and there is also a choice of tasty soups. Main course options include crackled belly pork and grilled hake fillet as well as vegetarian options such as butternut squash and chickpea curry, and walnut and gorgonzola tortellini, while signature dishes showcase West Country roast beef and lamb. Desserts are equally varied, with delights such as Belgian chocolate brownie and crème brûlée with lavender shortbread and seasonal berries. For al fresco private dining, a hog roast, paella station or luxury barbecue, Woodbury Park can more than deliver, with prices beginning at £17.95 per person. The Atrium restaurant also has an exciting new menu from head chef Ed Nagy, combining the best West Country produce with the design flair of nouvelle cuisine, and is open for breakfast for residents and visitors, evening meals from 6.30pm and a traditional lunchtime carvery on Sunday.
