Whites Restaurant is situated just outside the historic North Bar: the last remaining gateway to the picturesque market town of Beverley, East Yorkshire. Chef John Robinson brings his passion for excellent food, produced using the finest local ingredients, to all sections of his constantly changing menu. Here you will find hand-dived scallops, lobster and locally reared rare-breed lamb, cooked with a deftness of touch that has brought John high praise and Michelin status since he opened just over four years ago. A recent addition to the experience are the boutique rooms, situated above the restaurant, affording views over the rooftops of this charming town. Having had a delicious meal, nothing could be better than to simply walk up the stairs to one of the four delightfully individual rooms and be cosseted in the softness of a luxurious bed.
