Cowley Manor, Cowley, Cheltenham, GL53 9NL
Just a stone's throw from Cheltenham, Cowley Manor's all-new restaurant, Malt, welcomes hotel guests and non-residents to experience unforgettable all-day social dining. Led by head chef James Graham, this beautifully designed venue opened its doors in August 2015, and celebrates Britain's culinary heritage whilst embracing international food influences.

Cowley Manor boasts a unique blend of contemporary design and home comfort, which is also reflected on the menu. The innovative, impressive menu allows you to share food and socialise whilst enjoying the incredible new space. Ornate lime-washed panelled walls and grand, tall ceilings juxtapose with spherical lights, modernist furniture and a bold use of colour, creating a space that is modern yet warm and inviting.

Diners can expect food as inventive and unique as the vivid, contemporary interiors. Menus offer seasonal dishes such as Cheltenham beetroot cannelloni, roast lamb with stuffed courgette flowers, and playful desserts like a giant Malteser. Signature sharing dishes include a selection of grazing plates featuring homemade corned beef bon bons with horseradish, malt black pudding and 50- day-aged Hereford beef tartare. Stone-baked pizzas and côte de boeuf for two are also on offer.

Cowley Manor sits in 55 acres of stunning Cotswold parkland, surrounded by a series of lakes, natural springs, meadows and ancient woodland. One of the finest country house hotels in the UK, Cowley Manor has made a name for itself by striving for perfection and avoiding predictable manor house clichés
