Delighted by the popularity of his quirky Bath shop, Rosario opened his Bristol (Clifton) café with the aim of bringing a slice of Sicily to the West Country. Rosario’s Clifton is located in the sophisticated Clifton village area, adjacent to the University of Bristol. The café is open seven days a week and offers its own blend of coffee and a full range of the fi nest-quality teas. Additionally, Rosario’s offers a selection of traditional Sicilian cakes, homemade gluten-free cakes and dishes. It is also renowned for its homemade speciality pasta and the hot bowl of the week, which is made using locally sourced ingredients. Rosario’s Clifton boasts plenty of outdoor seating in the patio area and can cater for buffets and social events. Takeaway options are available for all the dishes on the menu. Look out for a Sunday lunch offering, which is coming soon.
