The Bath Priory Hotel, Restaurant and Spa is a sublime hotel, located just a short stroll from Royal Victoria Park in the centre of Bath. This privately owned Georgian hotel is genuinely welcoming and simply emanates warmth and luxury. The rooms are all individually designed and beautifully decorated with artwork and antiques. Guests can also unwind in the in-house Garden Spa which offers a wide range of relaxing facilities and treatments. The Bath Priory Restaurant is well-known for outstanding Michelin-starred cuisine, which is served in a striking dining room, overlooking the award-winning gardens. Executive chef Sam Moody has a reputation for delivering exciting flavours, fine quality and a culinary experience that will delight time and time again. He has a genuine passion for developing menus that use fresh, local ingredients; his supplier relationships are very strong and his salad leaves are grown locally to his precise requirements. Of course, the most local supplier is the Bath Priory's own kitchen garden. The planting here is a collaboration between the kitchen team and head gardener Jane Moore, who together experiment and grow a range of seasonal produce. Sam's superb cuisine is complemented by an exemplary wine list of 450 varieties, on which the beverage team are knowledgeable and always happy to offer advice. With its stunning decor and unique cuisine, The Bath Priory promises an unforgettable dining experience
