The Indigo Restaurant and Bar is located within Worthing's highest-rated hotel, The Ardington. The interior designers of the Indigo Restaurant and Bar have worked closely with managing partners Richard and Simon Margaroli to create a cosmopolitan, light and airy atmosphere. Head chef Ben Miller received the first five years of his culinary training from a former head chef of The Ritz hotel in London - who also happened to be his father. The style of Ben's cooking is simple and takes a minimalistic approach to ingredients, which he carefully sources and cooks with great care and precision. Fish is Ben's great love and he has excellent relationships with the local fishermen, who land their catch and call him directly from the boat. The steaks at Indigo meet the same high standards and are hung for a minimum of 28 days. As with all food at Indigo, a single course from the lunch or dinner menu represents excellent value. If you simply want a light snack and a drink then pop into the Indigo Bar, which serves a wide selection of light meals, again, for a reasonable price. For those who need a venue to meet clients or who just love coffee, Indigo's coffee club is a steal, and includes as much speciality coffee and Wi-Fiaccess as you want.
