To begin, perhaps order the mussels in a Goan-style sauce, the lamb chop stir fry, or the mixed starter featuring chicken and lamb tikka, sheek kebab and onion bhajee. Follow with the mishti lauw (chicken or lamb cooked in a traditional-recipe sauce with sweet pumpkin), chicken in a mildly spiced sauce with pistachio nuts, or a classic like lamb bhuna or vegetable biryani. Seafood dishes such as the salmon peri, the king prawn, salmon and monkfish seafood grill or king prawn bhuna are also excellent choices.
