Centrally located in Winchester, The William Walker is an attractive pub with fantastic views of the city’s world-famous cathedral. Sumptuous food and an all-encompassing selection of drinks make this the ideal spot to find refreshment. The pub is named after the diver who saved Winchester Cathedral from collapse in the early 1900s and inside you’ll find stylish marine-themed decor complete with porthole windows, deep-sea diving helmets and images of sea creatures. The menu is centred around freshly prepared, locally sourced food, bringing together fine seasonal ingredients to create tasty dishes that are sure to please. Small plates feature the likes of Buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese dip, and chicory, walnut and Stilton salad with honey dressing.
