The menus are created by a dedicated team of professional chefs, with the cuisine changing depending on the season. To ensure you receive the highest quality dish and maximum flavour, all meals are cooked to order and created from the finest, freshest ingredients.
Independent and family brewers are used when possible, and there are often eight real ales on tap. Four premium Continental lagers also feature, along with two Belgian beers and two traditional ciders.
