Sit in the bar and enjoy a light lunch, the sharing platters are perfect for enjoying with friends. Choose from cured meats, mixed seafood or rustic garlic breads served with garlic oil and spiced chutney. Other lunch options include pasta and risotto, a selection of sandwiches and salads, or snack on nibbles like mussels and chicken wings. For dinner, indulge in a three course meal in Carltons restaurant and really see what Ninety Degrees has to offer. To start, choose from such delights as fresh asparagus with raspberry hollandaise, or baked Camembert with red onion marmalade. The main courses are abundant in their range, and you're guaranteed to find something to make your pulse quicken, whatever your palate or appetite. Fish, seafood, meat and vegetarian choices are all plentiful; the likes of steamed sea bass with onions, ginger, garlic and stir-fried vegetables share menu space with duck breast with spiced ratatouille, and pumpkin and Parmesan pasta with parsnip crisps and truffle oil. Choose a wine to accompany your meal from the comprehensive list, the waiters will be happy to help, they even make some recommendations on the menu so you know which wine would go best with each dish.
