Ye Olde George in Colnbrook has been under new management since 2013 and has established quite a reputation for itself amongst Colnbrook locals. Its evergrowing esteem is down to its wide menu of well-priced classics, an excellent drinks selection and a sociable atmosphere. There is also a spacious garden to sit in during the summer.

Hearty favourites such as fish and chips, lasagne, gourmet burgers and sausage and mash are always popular, as are the special promotions the inn offers throughout the week. Visit on a Monday to take advantage of the half-price deals, check out the curry night on a Thursday, or tuck into a traditional roast with the family on Sunday for only £6.95. Highlights from our meal included the thick and fl avoursome soup of the day with crispy croutons, and the succulent 8oz rump steak with chunky hand-cut chips, grilled tomato, fried mushrooms and vegetables. Ye Olde George also offers a packed programme of events, including regular quiz nights and live music, and can cater for parties either at the pub or a venue of your choice.

There’s so much on offer at Ye Olde George, so it’s no surprise that it is fast becoming the go-to place for a pint and a bite to eat for those living in and around Colnbrook.
