A firm favourite with locals as well as those from further afield, Thailand Tom is a mainstay of the Hythe dining-out scene, offering a taste of terrific Thai cuisine that always delights. The modern, stylish and friendly restaurant uses traditional flavours and the finest ingredients to create delicious and exciting dishes for its eager customers. It’s a great choice for avid Thai food fans but is also accessible for those who want to try a new cuisine. The friendly staff can talk you through the extensive menu to find the very best meal to tickle your Thai-loving tastebuds.

The delicious flavours of the gorgeously presented food are complemented by the relaxed atmosphere and super service at Thailand Tom. We ordered some exciting starters from the chef’s specials menu: a delicious Bang Bang fried chicken dish and crispy tempura vegetables. These were followed by a sumptuous main course of pad krataim prik Thai with beef in garlic, onion and spring onion, and a brilliantly presented stir-fried tofu dish – pad met mamuang – with cashews, chilli, onion, peppers and pineapple.

With curries, fish dishes, stir-fries and so many delicious choices, you’ll want to come back time and again to work your way through the menu. You’ll always find a great meal and a warm welcome at Thailand Tom.
