Siam Food Gallery - Virginia Water
Chinese and East Asian
With an interior of sun-blushed colours, oriental lanterns and stunning fresh orchids, Siam Food Gallery exudes a warm and inviting ambience where diners can enjoy a culinary adventure. You can also enjoy dinner in the beautiful glass conservatory overlooking an ornate garden.
Attentive waiters offering excellent service present attractive and authentic Thai starters. Particular reference must be made to the hot and crispy kung hom pa - marinated prawns wrapped in rice pastry - and the tom mun pla - delectable Thai fish cakes served with crushed peanut in sweet chilli sauce. Those unable to decide between the tempting choice of food on the menu can opt for the Siam Gallery chef's selection of starters.
Traditional Thai dishes like Thai red and green curry are favourites. For the more adventurous, the tamarind duck and pla pao - charcoal grilled whole sea bass served with chilli sauce - are absolutely delicious. All main dishes can be complemented by steamed fragrant jasmine rice and my favourite, the pad Thai - Thai fried noodles with prawns, egg, crushed peanut, bean sprouts and salt turnip.
Siam Food Gallery provides a night of astonishing tastes, colours and textures.
