All the produce is organic, free range and local wherever possible; and, because the chefs all hail from Thailand, you are guaranteed a truly authentic Thai dining experience.
The friendliness and efficiency of the staff flows with a natural ease, a trait that seems to be intrinsically Thai. The restaurant manager says that the focus at the SenSpa and The Zen Garden is on 'inner radiance', inherently reflected in the attitude towards the service and food. Elegant but not pretentious, everything is simply natural and delicious.
