18-20 St John Street, Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, MK16 8HJ
Having opened its doors to the public back in 1998, Robinsons Restaurant continues to set the town of Newton Pagnell alight with its chic cuisine and relaxed atmosphere.

Owned by Darren and Angela Robinson, the building Robinsons occupies dates back to the 17th Century, and despite being renovated it retains all the charm of this era. As head chef at the restaurant, DarRenés CV is an impressive one, and strings to his cheffing bow include a tenure at the acclaimed River Restaurant at The Savoy Hotel, as well as a head chef role at Lumley's Restaurant, Covent Garden. His experience really shines through in the food he cooks, and Robinsons' menu is awash with breathtaking dishes. For starters, why not sample the roast breast of wood pigeon with lentils, orange and English black pudding' Mains are equally tasty, and the evening menu features some real treats, such as the pan-fried silver mullet with saffron potatoes and sauce cannoise. There is also a seasonal menu to choose from, and a multitude of lunchtime options.

Once you have devoured your last mouthful, the night is far from over. Because not only does Robinsons boast a bar and restaurant area, it also houses a stylish wine bar. What better way to end your dining experience than by taking a trip across the courtyard to this lavish drinking haunt
