Located within the stylish Crowne Plaza Hotel, this restaurant is within easy reach of Horsham, Brighton and Gatwick airport. The eye-catching hotel entrance welcomes guests with a real impression of elegance and, once inside, the warm and contemporary design envelops you in good taste. Everything, from the modern lighting to the beautifully-arranged tables, has been carefully thought out and executed; but this level of consideration doesn't end with the decor - the menu has been equally pondered.

There is an abundance of sumptuous food on offer, with culinary influences from around the world and something to suit every palate. Friendly staff are on hand to make any recommendations and advise on the perfect wine to complement your meal. To begin, choices include smoked Scottish salmon served with capers, red onion, watercress, sour cream and warm bread (£7.35) or homemade chicken satay skewers with a warm noodle salad (£6.25). For your main course you may choose to select something from the grill - perhaps, for larger appetites, a 10oz rib-eye steak with tomato, mushroom, chips, onion rings and béarnaise sauce, excellent value at £15.75. A selection of side dishes are available at just £3 each, and include pan-fried spinach, steamed jasmine rice and, of course, essential chips. A wonderful variety of main courses proffer such delights as roasted fillet of cod on beer-braised spring cabbage with crispy bacon and creamy mash (£14.85), while vegetarians are left anything but wanting with the faultless pan-fried potato gnocchi with broad and green beans, rocket and shaved Parmesan. Before your meal ends, you are sure to be tempted by one of the sinful desserts - the chocolate lover in you will not be able to resist the Belgian chocolate and caramel truffle dusted with cocoa and served with a dark chocolate sauce (£7.35).

Relax after dinner with a liqueur in the Cube Lounge, or opt for a hot drink - Starbucks coffee is proudly brewed here. You are sure to leave feeling both satisfied and spoiled.
