Pan-fried sea bass accompanied by potato rosti, spinach, wild mushroom and sunblushed tomato pesto is a firm favourite with diners. The Bird in Hand also caters for all dietary requirements, with special vegan and dairy- and gluten-free menus.
The sparkling aperitifs add to the entire experience if you fancy a little tipple – the Bird Royale made up of raspberry vodka and crème de cassis topped with chilled Prosecco is the perfect way to start any lunch or dinner.
