Traditional mains are given small twists to emphasise the attention to detail from the experienced chefs. Slow roast belly pork with buttered kale, crispy crackling and spiced apple chutney is a firm favourite with diners, as is the seabass with pea and chorizo risotto. The Bird in Hand also caters for all dietary requirements, with special vegan and dairyand gluten-free menus.
