Millstream Hotel, Bosham Lane, Bosham, PO18 8HL

Marwick’s Brasserie, part of the Millstream Hotel, boasts a contemporary and relaxed dining environment. The hotel is located in Bosham, three miles west of Chichester, and the picturesque village is a great destination for a day trip, with Marwick’s Brasserie providing a lovely setting for a leisurely lunch or dinner.

The menu features Millstream favourites such as starters of home-smoked salmon and twice-baked blue cheese soufflé with Cheddar and spring onion sauce, followed by fillets of plaice with caper and lemon butter, new potatoes and spinach. Head chef Neil Hiskey’s love of Thai food influences the menu, and other popular dishes include Thai fishcakes with coriander and sesame seed dressing followed by Thai green chicken curry with sticky jasmine rice. Finish with the popular orange marmalade ice cream or a delicious sundae – the menu currently features a decadent Black Forest sundae with kirsch cherries. Morning coffees and afternoon tea are also served, and the front terrace is an inviting suntrap where you can watch the rest of the world go by on a sunny afternoon.
