This smart Champagne and oyster bar welcomes avid seafood lovers and those looking for a lively lunch or chic evening out. High tables and bar stools comprise the laid-back seating arrangement, which is illuminated by candlelight once night falls. There's no need to book your spot at Riddle & Finns - if the team can't seat you when you arrive, they'll direct you to the comfortable bar area and call you to your table within 15 to 30 minutes. Applauded by television's favourite fiery chef Gordon Ramsay, the Riddle & Finns showcases superb seafood including starters of sautéed squid with chilli and chorizo, Asian-style seafood broth and razor clams as well as hand-carved smoked salmon on buckwheat blinis with sour cream and chives. Other offerings include seared tiger prawns with teriyaki and sesame glaze. On the main menu, dishes such as succulent smoked haddock fillet with colcannon, poached egg, prosciutto and Champagne sauce, and roast local mackerel with tart apple and gooseberry chutney, can make decisions difficult. Set-price, breakfast and pre-theatre menus are also available - why not grab a bite at Riddle & Finns before a show? Guests also have the opportunity to go truly gourmet with premium Osetra Royal Selection black caviar - delivered to your table with bottle of Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill 1999 to complete the decadent affair. Otherwise, plump for Rossmore rock oysters with foaming tankards of Black Velvet, followed perhaps by delicious passion fruit cheesecake for a fine and fruity finish
