Brighton-based Real Patisserie is a collection of five shops, all self-sufficient and independently run, and serving food to make you happy. Skilled pastry chefs, bakers and savoury chefs bake high-quality bread, special occasion cakes, patisserie and savouries, with plenty of choice for everyone. Brighton’s Trafalgar Street branch demonstrates the same exceptional quality as you’ll find in the Open Market, Kemp Town, Shoreham-by-Sea and Hove branches, yet each kitchen has its own essence and character and is independently creative. Ideas and recipes flow from one shop to another and, when perfected, make their way into the recipe book. Real Patisserie can cater for parties, lunches, weddings, and business functions. They also host bread-baking classes, with savoury and patisserie classes pencilled in for the coming year. Real Patisserie champions the local areas with community-based bakeries and a people-centric ethos.
