Cantonese, Peking and Szechuan dishes are this restaurant's speciality, and the menu also includes a selection of more recent trends in Oriental food, such as Malaysian and Thai. Diners can choose from chicken, pork, beef, duck, seafood and vegetarian dishes, all made from the freshest ingredients. Complete these with a side order of vegetables, beancurd, noodles or rice - an interesting selection is on offer, including Singapore-style rice and noodles and Thai-style aubergine in spicy hot-pan sauce. The chef has also created speciality combinations for starters and intermediates, offering delicious Oriental luxuries - crispy aromatic duck, marinated throughout in gentle spices and deep fried with pancakes, hoi sin sauce, slithers of fresh cucumber and spring onion or, to share, the Oriental seafood platter of chilli scallops, deep-fried squid, sesame toast, crispy wontons and seaweed. A vegetarian platter is also available, with deep-fried tofu, vegetarian rolls, mushroom chilli and seaweed.
Already excellent value for the quantity and quality provided, the Dragon also offers an excellent value Sunday buffet. There are around 15 dishes to choose from offering a selection of Oriental cuisines. With a takeaway option also available, this restaurant is sure to cater for your culinary needs.
