The well-appointed spaces at The Old Printworks are the main stage for the work of Thyme Out Food LLP, a first-class events catering company. Managing director Jim Yates and head chef Gary O'Brien boast over 45 years in the business between them - they know all there is to know about planning and executing the perfect party. Whether you're holding a private dinner or lavish banquet, a romantic wedding or a corporate event, Thyme Out will provide the food, the drinks, the linen, crockery and glassware, and the staff - they can even supply the perfect venue at The Old Printworks.

Add a touch of class to proceedings with hot or cold canapés. A selection of luxury sandwiches or wraps, with fruit kebabs or Danish pastries, can be provided; or perhaps a finger or fork buffet will suit the occasion. You can rest assured every plate will be packed with only the finest quality food. The 'main courses in miniature' are perfect for large events with minimal seating, while dishes such as locally caught fish pie with Appleby's Cheshire crust, or Lancashire lamb hotpot with braised red cabbage, are great if you want to offer something heartier.

Thyme Out Food LLP also have function rooms available elsewhere in Liverpool, or they can come to you if you've already got the venue part sorted.
