Iberica is at the very centre of Spanish cuisine and culture in the UK. With two locations in London - Marylebone and Canary Wharf - this award-winning destination venue offers the best in seasonal tapas. It also houses a delicatessen selling artisan produce and wines, many of which are exclusively imported by Iberica and not available anywhere else in the country. This year, Iberica was recognised by the premier Spanish gastronomy organisation, Real Academia de Gastronomía, for its contribution to bringing Spanish gastronomy to the worldwide stage.

The menu is designed by executive chef Nacho Manzano: the two-Michelin-starred chef-patron of the Casa Marcial restaurant in Asturias, Spain. It features delights such as arroz con pitu (a rich rice dish with slow-stewed free-range chicken), a sweet red berry and beetroot gazpacho, and acclaimed produce such as three types of jamón Iberico - the most prized Spanish ham from acorn-fed Iberico pigs. The Marylebone restaurant has been newly redesigned by famed designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, who also designed the Canary Wharf location. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the large L-shaped bar with daylight and there's also an intimate mezzanine level available for private hire. The Michelin Guide 2011 recognised Iberica's great food and value by awarding it a coveted Bib Gourmand, furthering Iberica's mission to bring the very best of Spanish food and culture to London
