Opened just a couple of years ago on the site of the famous Coyote Café, hidden within the suburban streets of Grove Park in Chiswick, this fantastic pub and restaurant has kept little of its previous tenant's characteristics. The welcoming Copper Cow has been given a fresh modern look; the ideal setting in which to choose from a new menu specialising in delivering classic British cuisine. With a small yet stylish bar and seating for up to 40 people, both inside and out, The Copper Cow provides a place for all to relax and enjoy themselves. It's a perfect stop-off point for local dog-walkers to have a drink at the bar, and the excellent restaurant is great for diners wanting a more intimate experience, or a meal with the family. The Copper Cow truly is an asset to the local community, priding itself on serving wholesome seasonal and fresh food without compromising on taste or affordability. Diners can enjoy classic dishes like The Copper Cow burger with mature Cheddar, crispy bacon and satisfyingly big chips, or seafood linguine with tiger prawns, squid, mussels and tomato sauce. Meat lovers will be enthralled by the likes of slow-roasted lamb shank, or chargrilled Scottish sirloin steak with fondant potato and wilted spinach, and vegetarians aren't forgotten either - the Mediterranean vegetable and buffalo mozzarella lasagne is unmissable, and not just for veggies. Delightfully comforting British desserts round off a lovely evening, and a fine selection of wines, spirits and beers is on offer to accompany your food. Start your week with The Copper Cow's 'Monday madness', when all food is half price. Enjoy lunch on Thursday and Friday at £10 for two courses, perhaps followed by a Saturday brunch of eggs Benedict. On Sunday nurse your hangover with a delicious roast and a pitcher of Bloody Mary, or visit with the family throughout the week and let the kids choose from the separate children's menu, featuring the likes of spaghetti in a tomato sauce or pork and leek sausage with creamy mash - high chairs are available too. Whenever you visit, The Copper Cow is sure to impress with its warm ambience and fantastic food.
