Pavilion focuses on the very best of seasonal British produce in order to create an exceptional gastronomic experience for discerning diners. The restaurant is run by acclaimed head chef Adam Simmonds, previously of the eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant at Danesfield House. Adam has designed a sophisticated menu combining uncomplicated seasonal flavours for breakfast, lunch and dinner, using only the best ingredients. The meat, too, is of the finest quality, and a large selection of meats and cuts, such as rib-eye, fillet, T-bone and 35-day-aged côte du boeuf, are served here. The open kitchen provides a sense of theatre and, for something a little bit different, there's a chef's table, where Adam can cook for you.

In addition, there's also a beautiful pewter bar. It's an ideal place to enjoy innovative cocktails and fine Champagnes, but it has its own menu available throughout the day for guests who want to grab a quick bite at the bar. Pavilion boasts a terrace too, which is available for hire - it's a fabulous setting for private dining or drinks parties. The outdoor space is one of London's few al fresco dining spaces, complete with a barbecue where specialist chefs will rustle up something delicious
