The menu includes delights such as tortino di melanzane – a rustic Tuscan speciality comprising a warm layered cake of bread, tomato, Parmesan, mozzarella and basil, surrounded by grilled aubergine – and organic beef, matured on the bone for a minimum of three weeks and served alongside rocket salad, Parmesan shavings and balsamic vinegar. Vegetarians will delight in il tagliere di formaggio – a hand-selected array of cheeses from artisanal producers hailing from Tuscany, served alongside a selection of fresh, seasonal fruits with a drizzle of honey.
