One-O-One, home to the critically acclaimed Pascal Proyart, one of the UK’s finest chefs, is more than worthy of its status as one of the best seafood restaurants in the capital. Executive chef Pascal has personally designed the exquisite menus, which reflect the establishment’s commitment to providing a wonderfully inventive range of dishes that are creative in terms of both taste and texture.

One-O-One has received numerous well-deserved awards and accolades; in fact, it was named as the third best restaurant in London on The Sunday Times’ Food List (2015) and listed as one of Harden’s top three restaurants for 2016. Having spent his childhood on the beautiful Brittany coast, chef Pascal developed a lifelong love for fish and seafood, and today it continues to play a key role in his work – he is truly passionate about fresh, sustainable ingredients. Pascal’s signature wild Norwegia red king crab risotto starter and the wild Cornwall sea bass fillet cooked in red Burgundy pinot noir and served with artichokes, fennel and a sea snail and winkle matelote, are real showstoppers. While the focus of the menu is on Pascal’s beloved seafood, the menu has recently been extended to incorporate Pascal’s passion for ingredients from the land and dishes such as beef entrecôte add a tantalising dimension to One-O-One’s offering.

The main restaurant seats up to 50 guests and is bathed in natural light that pours in through the room’s window-panelled wall. A warm palette of rich browns and aquatic blues, and sumptuously textured furnishings enhance the oceanic theme.
