Be one of the first to try Tiger Tiger's fantastic new fusion menu, blending a taste of the east with a contemporary New York style bistro. The menu has been specially designed with the world famous Asian food guru Terry Tan and is focused around healthy eating and value for money. Kick off with salmon and sweet potato red Thai fish cakes or Tiger beer and sesame seed battered tiger prawns with sweet chilli and coriander mayonnaise. If that doesn't suit, there's plenty of choice and prices start at just £2.

Now to the mouth-watering mains. Try Terry Tan's Chiangmai chicken, tiger prawn and Chinese chicken hot pot or the more traditional char-grilled fillet steak with caramelised sweet potato chips and Szechuan peppercorn sauce. They look and taste as good as they sound, and again, prices couldn't be more reasonable (from £7.95).

The lunch menu has also undergone a refresh and appetizing dishes start from an incredible £3.50. From freshly baked jacket potatoes with crayfish, sweet chilli and coriander to smoked haddock and spring onion fish cakes to brie, crispy bacon and toasted pine nut salad - the mix is broad and healthy.

In the bar you can try tempting teasers and nibbles whilst you browse the menu; plump juicy marinated olives, spicy kardoula peppers stuffed with feta cheese or mini poppadoms with mango chutney to name but three.

There are also some seriously tasty platters great to share with friends over a chilled bottle of wine or even a jug of cocktail. The new menu suits parties of all sizes and the special launch offers are not to be missed.
