The elegant, modern restaurant offers an internationally-inspired menu. Head chef Andras uses high-quality, natural ingredients when composing the fresh dishes. Think starters of confit blackened salmon with sour cucumber and sweet chilli salsa, and spiced tuna tartare teamed with yuzu emulsion, rice and a nori cracker. For the main event, choose between the likes of stone bass with bok choy, palm heart and miso sauce, and gochujang-marinated lamb paired with edamame, Thai asparagus, wild garlic and seaweed. There’s brunch at weekends, as well as set menus and a bar menu.
